Smoked Salmon & Avocado Sando

Layers of smoked salmon, sliced avocado, red onion, mixed mesclun, and fresh tomato in our house-made brioche or sourdough flatbread, topped with shredded mozzarella and white cheddar and dressed with lime yogurt dressing — finished with chili flakes and sesame seeds, and served with fries for a light yet satisfying meal.
