Coffee Story
This coffee originates from Huehuetenango, a city in the highlands of Western Guatemala.
Huehuetenango is one of Guatemala’s three non-volcanic regions and is the highest and driest under cultivation. Its geographic conditions create an exceptional environment, making it one of the best for coffee production. The coffee on the farm are hand-picked, washed and dried on patios under the sun. They are then processed at the dry mill located in La Libertad and bagged for shipping and export.
We love this coffee for its distinct notes of plum, black cherries and hints of chocolate with a nutty finish. Versatile, delicious and definitely one of our best sellers on both our webstore and cafes.
