Shipping Information

Delivery Process

We use NinjaVan as our delivery partner for local deliveries with a flat shipping rate of SGD $4 per order (at your cost). Your parcels will be delivered directly to your doorstep. In the event whereby nobody is home to receive the parcel, NinjaVan will attempt to deliver it up to 3 times. Your orders can also be tracked when your parcels are dispatched, with real-time tracking. You can track your parcel here.

NinjaVan’s delivery policy states that your parcels should be delivered within 1 to 3 working days (non-festive periods). You may expect delays of up to 4 to 5 working days during festive periods. Delivery timings are estimated by NinjaVan hence, we are not able to confirm that the packages will arrive on time and can be subjected to potential shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Self-Collection

You can select the “Self-Collection” option to self pick-up your online orders located at:

Brawn & Brains Coffee:

There will be a processing time for orders under the self pick-up option. You will receive a confirmation and pick up notice once your coffee beans are ready for pick up. Hence, please wait for that before heading to our stores.

Roasting & Shipping Schedule

Roast days: Tuesdays (excluding PH)

Orders received from Sunday to Tuesday (cut off time 1630h) will be posted out on Wednesday.  

Orders received from Thursday to Friday (cut off time 1630h) will be posted out on Saturday.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via PayPal account and all major Credit Cards. You must confirm that the credit/debit card that is used is your own or that you have been authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Brawn & Brains Coffee, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All prices stated on our website are inclusive of 7% GST.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! International orders are mailed through Singpost Registered Airmail. You will be able to track your orders, depending on your delivery address. For countries with no access to online tracking updates, SingPost will check with the overseas postal administration on the status of the delivery if the addressee has not received the parcel after a stipulated time.

Shipping rates will be shown at checkout and will depend on your destination. Depending on your destination, please allow 3-14 working days for delivery. Should you have any questions, please contact our team at hello@brawnandbrains.sg.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you allow returns and exchanges?

For merchandise items, we allow one-for-one exchanges but strictly no refunds (Terms and conditions apply). We do not perform exchanges for coffee orders.

You can return your merchandise item(s) to us as long as they reach us within 14 days of the delivery date for local (Singapore) orders, or 28 days from the delivery date for international orders. We accept returns strictly only for items that are unused, and tags and labels must be unaltered and intact. Brawn & Brains reserves the right to reject your returned goods if they do not comply with our exchange policies.

How do I exchange my items?

Please mail the item(s) back to us using a traceable mode of delivery to: 100 Guillemard Road #01-02, Singapore 399718.

Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel. We strongly encourage you to send your returned items to us using traceable modes, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels that are sent via non-trackable mailing options.

If the item sent to you is 1. defective or 2. incorrect, we will cover the postage cost of mailing it back to us. We will then mail the correct item to you via your original delivery method after we have received your returned parcel, and postage will be borne by us.

If you would like to exchange your item(s) due to reasons other than the two stated above, the postage cost will be borne by you.

Exchanges can only be done once.

Alternatively, you can return your item to us in person at our main store, Brawn and Brains Coffee, located at 100 Guillemard Road #01-02, Singapore 399718.
