This coffee originates from Anasora, a district located in the famous Guji region of Ethiopia.
The farm is situated alongside river Turo and elevated on extreme altitudes of up to 2350 metres. The high altitude allows a longer time for the coffee cherries to mature before harvesting, therefore contributing to the increased sweetness in the coffee.
We adore this lovely coffee for its distinctive mango and red floral notes. We also taste lemon zest and blueberry, and its flavours are even more pronounced when cooled. This is definitely one of our favourite coffees for hand brew and is currently served in-house at both cafes over Hario V-60.

With 9 years of coffee roasting experience, we have introduced an extensive range of espresso and filter roast coffee over the years, all of which are seasonal and from various coffee producing origins. Our roastery team has also developed our very own roasting recipe to best bring out the distinct flavours and highlights of each coffee
Roasting with integrity, consistency and producing quality coffee is of utmost importance to us and one of our Company’s core values. As such, we only use 100% Arabica coffee. Our roasting service is also available for wholesale and we are certified and registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) as a licensed wholesale distributor.
