This coffee originates from Huila, Southern Colombia. This region is characterized by its fertile valleys and snow-capped volcanoes, that for millions of years have enriched its soils with volcanic ashes. Huila’s coffee, a result of the work of more than 70 thousand coffee-growing families and their decades of experience, is known for having an exquisite and consistently well-balanced aroma and taste.
In this coffee, we taste notes ranging from dark cocoa to hints of caramel. It is delicate and sweet with a light citrus acidity. We love Huila for its rounded flavour profile and tastes amazing on its own as black coffee, or with milk.
