Coffee Story

This coffee originates from Huila, Southern Colombia. This region is characterized by its fertile valleys and snow-capped volcanoes, that for millions of years have enriched its soils with volcanic ashes. Huila’s coffee, a result of the work of more than 70 thousand coffee-growing families and their decades of experience, is known for having an exquisite and consistently well-balanced aroma and taste.

In this coffee, we taste notes ranging from dark cocoa to hints of caramel. It is delicate and sweet with a light citrus acidity. We love Huila for its rounded flavour profile and tastes amazing on its own as black coffee, or with milk.

Our coffee roastery, situated in Bedok, Singapore, is the heart of our operations. With a decade of expertise in coffee roasting, we have curated a diverse selection of seasonal espresso and filter roast coffees sourced from various coffee-producing regions. Our dedicated roastery team has crafted a unique roasting recipe that enhances the distinct flavors and characteristics of each coffee. We prioritize integrity in our roasting process and are committed to producing high-quality coffee, which is a fundamental value of our company. Therefore, we exclusively use 100% Arabica beans. Additionally, we offer wholesale roasting services and are certified by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) as a licensed wholesale distributor, proudly located in the vibrant eastern part of Singapore.
