What is the delivery process like?
You will receive your parcel within 2-5 business days, we will notify you should there be any deviation to the delivery date. We use SingPost's SmartPac service for all deliveries within Singapore. For the first item, it is a flat rate of SGD 4.70 and an additional SGD 1.00 for every subsequent item added to your cart.
SingPost SmartPac service provides door-step delivery to the recipient. If it is unsuccessful, the postman will deliver to the letterbox instead. Kindly note that re-delivery service is not available for Smartpac. Once the parcel is mailed out, you will receive an email notification from us, with a tracking number for you to check the status of delivery on www.singpost.com. If you are not around to receive it, you may have to contact the courier or post office to collect your parcel from their collection centre.
Please note that no parcels will be mailed over the weekend as the postal service does not operate on weekends. Orders received from Friday to Sunday will be posted out on Monday.
Can I pick up my online order at your physical store?
You can choose the ‘Self-collection’ option to collect your online order at our cafe: Brawn & Brains Coffee, at 100 Guillemard Road #01-02 Singapore 399718. We will drop you an email to notify you of the earliest collection date.
Although we have some ready stock for our coffee beans, we do also roast them upon order. Should you need your order urgently, feel free to drop us an email with your request and we will do our best to meet your needs.
What are your modes of payment?
Payments can be made via PayPal account and all major Credit Cards. You must confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own or that you have been authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Brawn & Brains Coffee, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices stated on our website are inclusive of GST.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Your items may be out of stock and we will contact you as soon as our system acknowledges that. Should you have any enquiries, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your international shipping costs?
Applicable shipping fees for different countries apply. International shipping fees do not include taxes or duties. We ship internationally via DHL. Once the parcel is mailed out, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for you to check the status of delivery on www.dhl.com
DHL currently ships to most countries, but in the event where your desired country is not included, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com to enquire, with your shipping address and order details. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with an alternative.
For countries within Southeast Asia, parcels should be delivered within 2-4 business days. For the rest of the world, it would be delivered within 4-7 business days. Delivery timings are an estimation and may be subjected to custom holdups or delays that are beyond our control. Kindly track your parcel’s status on the DHL website with the tracking number provided.
We provide free overseas shipping for purchases SGD 280 and above.
