• A minimum spending of coffee products and/or retail merchandise worth SGD $45 in a single order is required to be eligible for the 5% discount.
• Food, beverages and pastries for takeaway/delivery from the cafe webstore are not included.
• Apply <SUB5OFF> at check out and the discount ) will be automatically applied. 
• This promotion can be used 1time per customer and can only be used on orders placed via the web store for delivery and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, promo offers or sets.
• This discount is not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor is it valid for previous purchases.
• Sales tax does not qualify towards the discount.
• Promotion excludes bulky items such as BB Furniture.
• Payment via BB Wallet is not applicable for web store purchases.
• Webstore purchases are not eligible for earning and accumulation of BBIR points.
• Brawn and Brains Coffee shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the customer) within the time windows selected by the customer but Brawn and Brains Coffee shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Brawn and Brains Coffee.

Brawn & Brains Coffee reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Brawn & Brains Coffee reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation should the above mentioned terms and conditions are not met.
